We work with a number of surveying, architectural and engineering professionals that can help you create your dream home. We are always available to answer any design questions or make suggestions based on your budget expectations.
Costs
How much will it cost?
With the information from the architectural and engineering professionals we will then work through a timely detailed bidding process. We obtain hard bids from all of our vendors and subcontractors within your budget.
Permitting
How do I get a building permit?
After your plans are completed Oakmont Group will champion your project through the local permitting process to obtain your building permit in a timely manner.
Construction
How long will it take to build?
Every project is different but Oakmont Group prides themselves on having a great team in place to insure a timely quality build. We are very hands on and can’t stand a ‘Dead House’.
